So proud of these two 3Fitters. We completed about 7 miles of Rocky Mountain terrain in the rain. We had ice and snow all along the course (it was ranging between -1 to 3 degrees Celsius). Not mention the typical obstacles like sandbag carry, monkey bars etc. this was one of the harder things they’ve done and I’m glad I was a part of their success.
. ✳ Stretch & Strengthen ✳ . This is an advanced exercise that requires a lot of core flexibility and strengthening at the same time. . The whole series of exercises can: . ● Improve Balance & Concentration ● Strengthen the Core, Legs & Hips ● Stretch Chest, Anterior Core, Hip flexors, Quads . In this series I added a: . ● Back bend ● Leg lift ● Both legs lift ● Bicycle . The stability ball is great for those who suffer from muscles imbalances due to lordosis, scoliosis and kyphosis. It is a great prop to have at home. . This one is from @pineapple kw and it is one of my favourites. Really great quality, I recommend it. . This workout was inspired by awesome @yossi perfomaball. ✳👍✳ . Ensure to: . ● Move with the flow of your breathing ● Engage core 30% ● Inhale through nose ● Engage deep core muscles ● Exhale through mouth . FLEXIBLE DIETING‼️🍩🍫🍺🍰🍭🍪 Many would look at this meal and say that the bread is unhealthy🍞cheese is bad for you🧀etc etc. But what I see is a meal I enjoy👌🏻that provides me with the nutritional numbers such as my macronutrient & micronutrient🥗 that I need to reach MY goal! But can the person pointing the finger say they do the same? Probably not!🤦🏼♂️ I believe in a flexible approach to nutrition🥗It's important we enjoy our diet, as this will help us stick to our diet, HOWEVER.... Flexible Dieting should only be providing us with some "wiggle room" in our diet. For example, if you want to eat out with friends & family then you won't be restricted to where you can go. This doesn't mean we can then only eat out and consume high amounts of sugar & saturated fat with every meal. There has to be a balance. I adopted this method of dieting very early on. Before most (Late 2010) 💁🏼♂️and I've seen it grow in popularity, but I've equally seen a diet that can be used to benefit someone's fat lose phase, also be it's main down fall. If you are considering using Flexible Dieting as a means to get in shape then please make sure the bulk of your food comes from nutritious foods! 🥑🍉🍞🍗🥚🍅🥗 #corestrength #flexibledieting
